Lexis Hibiscus is the proud record holder of two Guinness World Records achieving “Most swimming pools in a resort” and “Most overwater villas at a single resort”. These records were determined by a survey which was verified on October 14, 2016.

Kuala Lumpur Metro Group, owner of Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson, was truly honoured to be conferred the highly prestigious “The Green Era Award for Sustainability” in the year 2016, all the way in the Eternal City – Rome, Italy. This award acknowledges
their showpiece development, the glorious Lexis Hibiscus, which development incorporated green concepts of different initiatives, such as water efficiency, reduction of energy consumption, indoor
and outdoor environmental quality and so forth. The Managing Director of Kuala Lumpur Metro Group
– Dato’ Low Tak Fatt accepted the award himself during a resplendent gala award dinner held at the Rome Cavalieri Hotel in Italy on the 25th of July, 2016.
